England vs Germany Preview and Prediction: Draw 1-1 at 11/2
England and Germany will play an International Friendly match at Wembley Stadium on Friday, 10th November.
The teams last played each other in a friendly in March this year and Germany won the game 1 – 0. Before that they played a friendly in March 2016 and England won it 2 – 3. Germany won their two meetings before that.
England have been in good form recently and secured qualification for next year’s World Cup by finishing top of qualifying group F having won eight games and drawn two. Most recently they defeated Lithuania 0 – 1.
Germany have also secured World Cup qualification by winning all ten of their group stage games. Last month they defeated Azerbaijan 5 – 1 and Northern Ireland 1 – 3. In September they enjoyed victories over Norway and the Czech Republic.
Matches between England and Germany are always hard fought and this game is unlikely to be any different. Germany have been in top form recently and will be hard to beat, but playing at Wembley England are sure to give it their all and are likely to cause the visitors some problems.
A 1 – 1 draw is the most likely result with Boyle Sports and Paddy Power offering odds of 5/1 and 11/2 respectively.
