BetStorm is a brand new online betting site that was launched in 2021 and offers a sports betting platform along with an online casino that features several hundred games.

The bookie is operated by Progress Play which also operates several other betting sites such as BetNeptune, Infernobet, 2kBet and others.

The company behind BetStorm is Ublique Gaming with this currently being their one and only betting brand.

In this BetStorm review, we’ll be seeing what the bookie offers in terms of a welcome offer, promotions, standard of odds, betting on live events, customer support and much more.

Sports & Betting Markets
Head to the BetStorm website and you’ll find around 43 different sports available to bet on. Compare this to the 39 at Bet365, the 29 at Paddy Power or the 24 at Betfred and you can get an idea of the extensive coverage at BetStorm provides. In fact, this is the case with all bookmakers that are operated by Progress Play and you’ll be pushed to find a global sport that you can’t place a bet on.

The majority of people will be looking to bet on the most popular sports such as Football, Tennis, Golf, Boxing and Basketball but there is a much wider selection which will appeal to some customers. For example, you’re able to wager on Surfing, Water Polo, Hurling, Handball, Alpine Skiing and even the national sport of Finland, Pesapallo!

However, one major negative is that although BetStorm covers more sports than the vast majority of bookies do, horse racing is limited to races taking place in the USA which we will look at more in the section below.

In-Play Betting
Betting on live events is an area that BetStorm do very well in. The Progress Play platform is excellent for in-play betting and has several useful features that set them apart from many of the more established bookies.

You’ll find all live events that are available to bet on by clicking on the ‘LIVE’ tab on the BetStorm website. Pretty much all sports and events are available to bet on in-play meaning that there is an excellent selection throughout the day and night every day of the week.

On the Live page, you’ll find the following:

Dashboard: Displays all live events, categorised by sport for easy navigation.

Live Overview: A more detailed list of live events which include several available betting markets all on the same page without having to click through to the individual event.

Live Multiview: One of the best features of BetStorm. Using this tool, you are able to select the live events that you are interested in betting on or wish to monitor. These events will then all be displayed on the Live Multiview page. It’s an excellent tool for monitoring the score and in-play odds of several events without the need to flick between browser windows.

Live Calendar: A sporting calendar displaying all upcoming events for the next 7 days along with available odds so that you can plan ahead.

Results: A huge database of results for tens of thousands of past events. Great for researching teams and match statistics.

Live Streaming
As with all Progress Play sites, live streaming of sporting events is not available at BetStorm.

Head over to our live streaming page to view a huge list of upcoming sporting events that can be streamed for free via a Bet365 account. Bet365 are regarded as one of the best online bookmakers for streaming sports and they cover thousands of events for different sports every month.

Unfortunately, BetStorm do not have an app available currently. However, you can still access your account and bet on the move by visiting the website in a mobile browser.

The website is perfectly optimised for all mobile phones and tablets and allows access to everything that is available via the desktop website.

Summary
Similar to other Progress Play sites, there are good points and bad points with BetStorm. We particularly like the extensive range of sports that they cover and their in-play betting features are excellent.

As for improvements, we would like to see UK & Irish horse racing available to bet on and live streaming capabilities would be a bonus.
